60" Rescue Bodies

Overall Design

  • The body of the rescue truck is manufactured entirely of aluminum. the body is a non-walk in type. The body is 114" long including bumpers, steps or other ancillary components and approximately 96" wide.
  • The six side compartments and the rear compartments have Hansen roll up doors.
  • The bed will come power coated for durability and long life.
  • The fuel door is on the rear of the bed easy for fueling.

Body and Compartmentation Construction

The body and campartmentation are designed and fabricated of aluminum. The body is huck bolted together to obtain ultimate strength. All comapartments are swee out with no lip at the bottom edge. The formed compartment design is strong and durable, with the ability to be changed to fit the needs of the user. The rear bumber is 12" deep and the diamond plate step.

The Build

  • The body is attached to and supported by a heavy-duty aluminum sub frame.
  • A 1/2" thick rubber is inserted between the sub frame and the chassis frame.

Bed Compartmentation

  • There are many options for the configuration of the compartments.
  • The forward compartment and the over the wheel compartment can be transverse OR can be 18" deep to make the back compartment 33" , 80" or 110" deep. This can be changed before or after the purchase or even years later if you decide to repurpose for future needs.

L & R - 1 - DRIVER SIDE FORWARD COMPARMENT

  • The compartment is 30" wide. It can be 18" deep OR fully transverse compartment connecting to the other side. The floor is a sweep out design.
  • Dual LED lights are installed on either side of the door and actuated by a magnetic proximity switch.
  • One aluminum Hansen roll up door will be provided for this compartment. The door opening is 27"wide by 50" tall.

L & R- 2 - OVER THE REAR WHEEL COMPARTMENT

  • The compartment is 49" wide. It can be 18" deep or fully transverse compartment connecting to the other side. The floor has a sweep-our design.
  • Dual LED lights are installed on either side of the door and actuated by a magnetic proximity switch.
  • One aluminum Hansen roll up door will be provided for this compartment.
  • The door opening is 41" wide by 36" tall and there are two adjustable shelves.

L & R - 3 - REAR SIDE COMPARTMENT

  • The compartment is 30" wide. It can be 18" deep. The floor is a sweep-out design.
  • Dual LED lights are installed on either side of the door and actuated by a magnetic proximity switch.
  • One aluminum Hansen roll up door will be provided for this compartment.
  • The door opening is 27" wide by 50" tall.

B-1 - REAR FACING OPEN COMPARTMENT

  • The compartment is 52" wide. It can be 33" , 80" or 110"deep depending on the configuration of the compartments. The floor is a sweep out design.
  • Dual LED lights are installed on either side of the door and actuated by a magnetic proximity switch.
  • One aluminum Hansen roll up door will be provided for this compartment. The door opening is 49" wide by 39" tall.

Wiring

CAB WIRING CENTER

  • There is a wide body console with a phone holder, cup holders, armrest, a locking slide arm computer mount and a lockable box.
  • There is a coax ran from the roof and ending in the console.
  • There is a blue sea fuse box mounted in the console.
  • There is a light mounted over head to notify people in the cab if there is a door open.

Wiring

  • There are 8-underbody ground lights installed.
  • A back up alarm (102dB) has been installed.
  • A ENGSA5200CSR control system is installed to control the warning lights and siren.

SIREN / SPEAKER

  • 2-ETSS100J - 100 watt speakers
  • 1-ETSKLF201 - Low frequency aftershock siren w/2 speakers

  • NFORCE nxt light bar 54" with dual color red and white/warning and scene.
  • 4-mpower FASCIA 4X2 red and white 1 mounted on each side on front fender above wheel with chrome bezels/ warning and scene.
